1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TaruniLakshmi Ventures Pvt Ltd, operating as Cossine Labs ("Cossine Labs", "we", "us"), governing your use of the GimmeJob platform at gimmejob.in ("the platform"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.
3. No job guarantee
GimmeJob is a preparation tool. Resume scores, AI feedback, interview practice and aptitude results are guidance intended to improve your readiness — they are not a promise of employment, placement, shortlisting or any hiring outcome, and are not professional career-counselling or legal advice. AI-generated feedback may contain errors; use your judgment.
4. Plans, payments & refunds
Free and paid plans are described on the platform, with prices shown in Indian Rupees before purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees for a started billing period are non-refundable; if something went wrong, email us and we'll make it right where we reasonably can.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.
- Don't misuse the AI features to generate harmful or deceptive content.
- Don't scrape, probe, overload or interfere with the platform, or attempt to access other users' data.
- Don't share, resell or automate access to paid features.
- Don't manipulate leaderboards or assessments.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to your resume and the content you submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your content or account at any time.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, its design, code, question banks and content (excluding your content and third-party components) are the property of TaruniLakshmi Ventures Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of AI output, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cossine Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages — including lost opportunities or hiring outcomes — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with a refund of any unused prepaid period where the termination is not for abuse. Sections 3 and 7–9 survive termination.
11. Changes to the platform or Terms
We may modify features or these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
